Faith. Family. Hard work.
A family behind
every promise.
Meet Austin and the people who inspire P3 Mechanical.
THE THREE LITTLE REASONS BEHIND OUR NAME.
More than a name on a van
Three children.
One promise.
Do right by people.
P3 stands for Austin’s three P-named children. His family is the reason he started—and the standard he holds himself to.
Since founding P3 in April 2023, Austin has built the business around integrity, excellence and honesty. His wife keeps things moving behind the scenes. Together, they’re building something their children can be proud of.
Built on a leap of faith
In his introduction, Austin shares eight years in the HVAC trade and the decision to start P3 in April 2023. His mission was to serve families with integrity, excellence and honesty, giving God the glory for each opportunity.
A true family operation
Austin and his wife have been together since high school. She encourages him and keeps things moving behind the scenes, so he can focus on customers. Their three children are the “why” behind P3.
Showing up matters
Whether he is serving a customer or cheering from the sidelines, Austin values showing up. Away from work, he enjoys time with family, golf and fishing. He hopes to build a legacy his children can be proud of.
